At Brazos Walking Sticks, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our handcrafted canes and sticks; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Pack Your Stick Securely
Place the walking stick in its original protective packaging or a similar sturdy cardboard tube to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the provided prepaid shipping label and affix it clearly to the outside of the package, ensuring any old barcodes are covered.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new selection within 5 business days.
